SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom announced today that he has signed several bills into law. The newly signed legislation includes:
- AB 1853 by Assemblymember Carlos Villapudua (D-Stockton) – San Joaquin Regional Transit District: meetings: surplus money investments.
- AB 1879 by Assemblymember Mike Gipson (D-Carson) – Property taxation: filing.
- AB 1940 by Assemblymember Carlos Villapudua (D-Stockton) – Alcoholic beverages: beer returns.
- AB 1953 by Assemblymember Carlos Villapudua (D-Stockton) – Vehicles: weight limits.
- AB 1994 by the Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs – Veterans: Department of Veterans Affairs.
- AB 2067 by Assemblymember Diane Dixon (R-Newport Beach) – Financial institutions: service of process.
