Adam Neumann, the former CEO of WeWork, has announced a new venture in downtown Miami. He is launching his first condominium development named Flow House, focusing on wellness and community living.

Since leaving WeWork with a significant exit package two years ago, Neumann has been active in real estate through his company, Flow. The firm has initiated several apartment complexes in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and even Saudi Arabia. Earlier this year, Flow offered to purchase WeWork for $650 million.

Flow House is situated at 697 North Miami Avenue and will feature 466 luxury units. This 40-story building is set to open in 2025. Near the complex at Miami Worldcenter, Flow plans to expand its retail space by an additional 28,000 square feet.

The pricing for these upscale condos starts at $450,000 for studios and $600,000 for one-bedroom units. Sales will be managed by OneWorld Properties. Each residence will include large windows with some offering private balconies. Units will also have high-end bathroom finishes and options for gourmet kitchens.

Neumann emphasized the importance of community and connectivity for condo buyers today. "We learned while building Flow over the last two years that the exact same needs faced by renters are also faced by owners in terms of lack of community and lack of connectivity," he stated.

Flow House offers numerous amenities such as exclusive co-working spaces called Workflow, a podcast room, a resort-style pool with a restaurant, fitness facilities with modern equipment, yoga and meditation spaces, a spa area including saunas and steam rooms, an onsite restaurant and bar, a dog play area, and valet parking services.

"We are excited to build upon our vision and bring the full Flow experience," Neumann said about this project.

Renderings reveal various features like the lobby bar designed with natural materials on the ground floor and social lounges on higher floors intended for gatherings or individual relaxation activities.
